What are my options to replace my missing teeth?

I have neglected my teeth for about 7 years now, which has led to some of my teeth falling out. What are my options to replace my missing teeth?

So many of our patients are in this same situation– missing teeth due to trauma or years of neglect, but that’s alright because we have a few different options. To replace your missing teeth and regain the functionality of your teeth once again, we may recommend dental implants, crowns, or bridges. Once we evaluate your teeth and gums, we can determine which restorative dentistry service is the best for you.

Fear of going to the dentist?

I am terrified of the dentist. What is conscious sedation? Am I a candidate?

Conscious sedation is a management technique that uses medications to help patients cope with fear, reduce anxiety and cooperate with dental treatment. Medications and dosages are weight specific and carefully selected for each individual.

How often should I see the dentist?

I have not been to the dentist in years. How often should I see the dentist for a cleaning/check up?

Most children & adults should see their dentist for a regular cleaning & check up every six months. Going to your regular check ups will help to keep your gums & teeth healthy as well as detect any early problems such as gum disease, oral cancer & cavities. The best way to maintain good oral health is to visit your dentist on a regular basis.
